Use case

Support that resolves, not deflects

You searched for AI customer service. Most of what you will find deflects tickets: it points customers at articles and calls that a win. A Kontakt agent resolves them. It answers from your knowledge, takes the action the customer actually needs, and escalates to your team with full context when a human is the right answer.

The gap

Deflection counts a customer who gave up as a success. Resolution counts a customer whose problem is gone. If your current numbers are built on deflection, you do not know how your support is really doing. An agent that acts, refunds, reschedules, updates, and confirms gives you numbers that mean something.

I was charged twice this month.
You are right, I can see two charges of $49 on the 14th. I have refunded the duplicate. It will land in 3 to 5 days. Receipt sent.
Job completed: refund processed
Support. Web chat conversation. Customer: I was charged twice this month. Agent: You are right, I can see two charges of $49 on the 14th. I have refunded the duplicate. It will land in 3 to 5 days. Receipt sent. Job completed: refund processed.

What the agent does

  1. 1

Answers on whatever channel the customer used: WhatsApp, web chat, SMS, or email.

  2. 2

Pulls the real answer from your knowledge base, policies, and connected systems.

  3. 3

Takes the action: processes the refund, updates the address, resends the code, checks the order.

  4. 4

Knows its limits. Anything sensitive or unusual goes to your team with the whole conversation and a one-line summary.

  5. 5

    Logs the job: resolution.
