Short version: your data is encrypted, access is controlled, we never train AI models on your customer data, and we will answer your security questionnaire directly.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Access
Multi-factor authentication on all accounts. Access to production systems is limited to the engineers who need it, and access is logged.
Your data is yours
We do not use your customer conversations to train AI models. You can export your data, and you can ask us to delete it.
Hosting
Kontakt is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), with additional hosting options for enterprise deployments.
